Cases seen in this episode centre around those with extreme obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD). Episode 2 - Crisis - looks at the pioneering short-stay emergency wards at the Lambeth Hospital which are run as A&E units for people with mental health particularly where patients are considered a danger either to themselves or to others. Episode 3 - Psychosis - follows a community mental health team in the Borough of Lewisham where more than 1000 patients with psychosis are living in their own homes. Episode 4 - Breakdown - visits a ward for the over-65s at the South London and Maudsley who have various mental illness issues.
